• Create a project tracker that contains all data and drawings for your project. consider numbering and cabling;
• End user training provided by one of our specialist sites to your end customer;

RMA Requests
Even though only 1 in 10,000 products breaks within 5 years, we do have an RMA procedure. Not only to report a defect for repair or exchange, but also if you have ordered something incorrectly. That can happen.
