CODE OF CONDUCT DSI Benelux BV

DSI Benelux BV (“DSI”) is a registered High Risk Security Company that transfers numerous installations and specialist knowledge to both government and commercial customers, both at home and abroad. When performing these services, DSI applies and follows a strict ethical Code of Conduct.

This Code of Conduct expresses DSI's intention not only to work in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations, but also in accordance with certain principles and rules of conduct of an ethical nature.


The application of these principles is guaranteed by the existence of procedures within DSI, which are aimed at ensuring that its employees, internal bodies and third parties (used by it) who provide services, carry out work or act on behalf of or on behalf of DSI, fulfill their do work in accordance with these ethical principles.


CORE VALUES

DSI Benelux BV (DSI) is based on the following core values:


1. DSI has integrity - by adhering to the highest professional standards, providing sound advice and guaranteeing its independence - and expects this integrity to be propagated and observed by its employees and third parties employed by it.

2. DSI expects everyone to maintain their objectivity, in the sense that an employee and/or third party will engage in undue influence and will therefore avoid all relationships that could prejudice independent and professional judgment.

3. DSI expects all its employees and third parties to carry out their work at all times and anywhere in the world with common sense and good judgment and to act responsibly, regardless of whether there is a written policy regarding specific behavior. DSI has - in view of the content and scope of the services offered to customers or clients - certain expectations for its employees and third parties deployed by it with regard to their behavior, namely common sense, fundamental work ethics, safety and respect for others (life and Good).

4. DSI expects all its employees and third parties deployed by it to carry out their responsibilities in a legally and ethically responsible manner, taking into account and in accordance with the National Values, both the letter and the spirit of local laws and regulations where the employee and/or third party is active and with respect for the culture that applies there.

5. DSI expects that everyone will at all times refrain from undertaking any activity(s) and/or (an) action(s) that could have a negative impact on the interests and/or reputation of DSI and/or its customers or clients, including but not limited to:

exclusively, (an) act(s) at the work location or otherwise, which in the opinion of DSI qualifies as violent conduct, moral turpitude, terrorism, or constitutes a criminal offense under national, regional or local law, regardless of whether that person civil or so

is being prosecuted or convicted.

6. DSI expects that no employee and/or third party will be involved in or tolerate any form of corruption, bribery, extortion and embezzlement in any form. In that context, DSI expects that proposals will not be made or accepted that could lead to unfair or inappropriate advantage. Such inappropriate offers may include cash, non-monetary gifts, pleasure trips or services and amenities of any other nature.

7. DSI expects everyone not to act and/or omit to act contrary to the law, even if this act or omission benefits DSI, its customers and/or clients. DSI cannot change its business purposes and/or the goals or objectives of its customers

clients cannot achieve or achieve unless everyone observes these legal and ethical standards.

8. DSI expects that every employee and/or third party will not disclose confidential information to unauthorized third parties, provide it to third parties or use it to benefit themselves. An exception to this is if the provision of information is or is required by law and the employee and/or third party cannot rely on a right of non-disclosure. In that context, DSI expects that everyone will ensure that this confidentiality obligation is observed and that everyone will adhere to the applicable provisions after termination of the work and/or

Job.


The foregoing is an illustrative and non-exhaustive list of DSI's core values, which may include behaviors and/or conduct that will not be tolerated. Any violation of this Code of Conduct or other misconduct may lead to sanctions up to and including immediate termination of the employment contract or the assignment agreement.
