Logistics Solution
Together with one of our European Partners, we have created a Conveyor Belt solution to detect vandalism, intruders and falling packages from the conveyor belt and to take action accordingly.
The alarms are passed on to third-party software via our API, but are also received by the Sunview VMS software and mobile application from Sunell.

Visualization during and after the welding process
A partner from the Netherlands was asked by an international end customer whether it was also possible to use a camera to visualize the weld on a monitor during and after welding. This was because they wanted to help operators monitor the welding process in a simpler way.
For the camera itself, we use a compact semi-industrial Turret camera on which a special glass is mounted. The camera is connected directly to the NVR, which shows the results on a monitor.
Thermal image inspection for conveyor belt production
Together with our partner, which is a supplier of worldwide manufacturing and maintenance of industrial conveyor belts, we have installed a number of thermal imaging cameras that measure the temperature distribution over the conveyor belt. To ensure that the production process of conveyor belts - some as wide as 420 cm - runs in a controlled manner, the heat profile must be measured continuously over the full width.
Cameras watch over solar parks
Energy companies rely on our SUNELL thermal cameras to protect their perimeters. In this case, the integrator who carried out the installation is one of the main developers of perimeter security solutions in solar parks. With extensive experience in this sector, it is a leader in advanced security for renewable energy with multiple projects underway in several countries.
The challenge was to provide 24-hour centralized remote monitoring coverage within a radius of approximately 3.5 km, eliminating the need for in-person monitoring and minimizing overhead.
To arrive at the best solution, a previous study of coverage distances was carried out to choose the product that would best suit the actual installation. Since long-range intrusion detection was required, the most suitable solution was to use thermal technology. Thermal technology can be used for perimeter surveillance and intrusion movement detection. It also makes it possible, thanks to its thermal sensors, to capture the thermal energy that objects emit, even in conditions such as total darkness.
A total of 24 Sunell thermal cameras cover this extensive perimeter in its entirety, along with 3 PTZs to support visual coverage at those points where an intrusion occurs. Our Sunell thermal imaging cameras were chosen for their high thermal resolution up to 640*480 and their wide range of lenses, which can be adapted at any time to the most demanding perimeter distances.

This is a company that handles crashed cars and recycled parts for insurance workshops. They are a leading company in the collection and demolition of broken ELECTRIC and HYBRID cars.
Electric cars have a large high-voltage battery and a high risk of causing fire while queuing in the collection park. To prevent fire and explosion, we used Sunell thermal PTZ and bullet SN-TPC4201KT on site for 24/7 online temperature monitoring for pre-alarm when there is fire danger. The accurate temperature detection and advanced Sunview CMS on thermal solution perfectly meet the needs and save our manpower. Furthermore, compared to traditional portable thermal devices, there is no need for our staff to remain on patrol even in harsh outdoor weather conditions.
